Sales Coordinator - Projects

Job Purpose:
To support the Project Sales Team by managing quotations, order processing, and coordination across departments, while ensuring accuracy in product specifications, pricing, and timely execution of project-related orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project quotations including tiles, sanitaryware, fittings, and accessories with correct specifications (size, finish, model, brand).
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure alignment with BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project requirements.
• Generate sales orders, quotations and prospects in ERP with complete product accuracy (SKU, batch, shade, size).
• Verify inventory availability including batch/shade matching (critical for tiles) before order confirmation.
• Coordinate with the Product/Procurement Team for:
• Latest pricing and discounts
• Product availability (local/imported)
• Alternatives for discontinued or out-of-stock items
• Liaise with Warehouse / Logistics for:
• Order processing and picking
• Delivery scheduling as per project timelines
• Partial deliveries and backorders
• Coordinate with Operations for:
• POS Invoice
• Discounts processing
• Maintain proper documentation of:
• Quotations, LPOs, invoices
• Delivery schedules
• Customer/project records
• Provide real-time updates to the Sales Team on:
• Order status
• Delivery timelines
• Stock constraints or delays
• Assist in handling project-specific requirements, including:
• Sample coordination and tracking
• Product submittals and technical data sheets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or relevant field preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, or project sales coordination.
• Strong understanding of:
• Tile specifications (sizes, finishes, shades, batches)
• Sanitaryware/fittings categories and brands
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel for quotations and tracking.
