Skilled in identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring smooth interactions with clients from diverse backgrounds. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Word for maintaining client databases, preparing sales reports, and creating professional documents.

Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently – from sales inquiries and order processing to customer support and after-sales follow-ups – while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
