WALK-IN INTERVIEW

Position: Sales Cum Merchandiser

Company: Choco Palace Chocolate Factory LLC

Location: Ajman Industrial Area 2, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 (Based on Experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Visit retail outlets and supermarkets regularly to promote company products.

- Ensure proper product placement, shelf display, and merchandising standards.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with customers.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

- Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Ensure product visibility and availability at all assigned outlets.

- Prepare daily sales reports and route plans.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Sales and Merchandising.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of FMCG and chocolate/confectionery products will be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
