We’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, motivated, and excited to build relationships—with customers and the community. If you’re curious, coachable, and ready to hustle, this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a full-time, in-person position (Monday–Friday). Remote work is not available.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Connect with people. Build real relationships by being yourself—whether on the phone or in person.
- Stay curious. Ask questions, listen well, and learn what matters most to each customer.
- Engage confidently. Learn the tools and techniques to hold great conversations that lead to real solutions.
- Train like a pro. Complete State Farm product training modules by scheduled deadlines.
- Follow up like a champ. Respond to quotes or inquiries within 1 business day, and set reminders for follow-up conversations.
- Set and smash goals. Track your daily, weekly, and monthly goals—and learn strategies to meet (or beat!) them.
- Keep learning. Stay engaged with ongoing training and coaching.
- Keep clients loyal. Find ways to serve current customers better and help them stay protected.
- Be active in the community. Represent our agency at events and help grow our brand.
- Process payments. Assist customers with payments and policy updates.
- Get licensed. You’ll need to earn your Illinois producer license (fire, casualty, life, & health)—we’ll support you!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of work experience in a related business environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable using phone, email, strong computer skills
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (training provided)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
