Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid – Work From Home & Office)

$18-$22/hour + Commission & Performance Bonuses | Warm Inbound Leads | Growth

We help homeowners keep their houses looking amazing with power washing, gutter cleaning, and other services that make their neighbors jealous.

We’ve built a killer reputation and a steady flow of warm inbound leads who actually want to talk to us. (No cold calling strangers who pretend they’re in a tunnel just to hang up on you—hallelujah!)

We want to keep growing! We need YOUR help to turn those interested homeowners into happy, lifelong customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Handling warm inbound leads – These folks already want our services. Your job is to guide them to the right solution and close the deal. You'll do this mostly over the phone in the comfort of a climate controlled office (and sometimes even from your own home). But you'll occasionally also visit homeowner's properties to evaluate their needs when needed (don't worry- almost all of our potential customers are very nice).

● Scheduling & Administrative Support- Accurately book jobs in our system while coordinating scheduling details with customers and internal teams, handling reschedules and confirmations, supporting invoicing and accounts receivable tasks, maintaining clear and accurate customer records, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to operations.

● Following up with past customers – We’ve got a long list of people who love us but might not know it’s time for another cleaning. Give them a friendly nudge.

● Building trust and making sales – Whether it’s a one-call close or a few follow-ups, you’ll have the flexibility to use the best approach.

● Occasional outbound re-engagement – No hardcore cold-calling, just checking in with past customers to remind them how much they miss us.

● Having fun while making money – If you hate selling, this isn’t for you. But if you love helping people, solving problems, and getting rewarded for your effort, we should talk.

● A rock-solid base pay of $18-$22 per hour (depending on experience), plus performance bonuses (more on that later).
