Why We Need You

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling warm inbound leads — guiding homeowners to the right solution and closing the deal (mostly over the phone, sometimes from home, and occasionally in person at properties)
• Scheduling & administrative support — booking jobs, coordinating schedules, handling reschedules and confirmations, supporting invoicing and accounts receivable, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth handoffs
• Following up with past customers — reconnecting and driving repeat business
• Building trust and making sales — one-call closes or follow-ups, whatever gets the job done
• Occasional outbound re-engagement — no hardcore cold calling, just reconnecting with past customers

• Base pay of $18–$22/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses
