Sales & Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Handle mobile phone, also handle all incoming client calls and walk-in customers with a friendly attitude.
• Order Management: Explain cake flavors, size options, and custom designs to customers and accurately record their orders.
• Counter Sales: Maintain and manage daily over-the-counter sales and billing.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels daily and ensure all raw materials/ingredients needed for the day's cake orders are procured on time.
• Logistics & Delivery: * Ensure all cakes are packaged and ready for pickup by the committed time.
• Coordinate and track deliveries to ensure the cake reaches the customer in perfect condition.

Candidate Requirements

• Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi (optional)
• Skills: Strong communication, basic multitasking
• Traits: Punctual, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment

● Freshers or 1-2 years experienced

● 9-10 hours shift

● Weekly 1 day off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,581.41 - ₹36,703.07 per month
