We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Arabic Female Customer Relations & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating sales opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English and a passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Provide professional guidance regarding products and services.
- Generate new sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
