SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE (FEMALE MIDDLE EAST)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Arabic Female Customer Relations & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating sales opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English and a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
  • Provide professional guidance regarding products and services.
  • Generate new sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • Female candidate.
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
