Sales & Customer Service Officer

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries (calls, emails, messages) in a professional manner.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Manage complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams for booking confirmations and invoicing.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales or Customer Service (preferably in tourism or services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Saudi nationals are preferred, or candidates with transferable Iqama.
