Job Description – Sales & Customer Service Representative
Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Representative
Department: Sales / Customer Service Department
Reports to: Sales Manager or Customer Service Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
2. Promote the company’s products and services to achieve assigned sales targets.
3. Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until closing the sale.
4. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or direct visits.
5. Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
6. Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing clients.
7. Enter and update customer and sales data in the system.
8. Prepare periodic reports on sales and customer service activities for management.
9. Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure service quality.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in computer programs and CRM systems.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
