Job Summary:

As a Sales & Customer Services Officer, you are the face of our business—your customer’s first point of contact and their ongoing support throughout their journey with us. From personal storage to mailbox rentals, you’ll help your customer find the right solution, ensure their experience is smooth, and maintain the operational excellence of our sites.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring our sites are secure, clean, and welcoming. Every interaction you have reflects our culture built on the values of Responsibility, Excellence, Sustainability, Passion, Ethical Approach, Commitment, and Teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Management
  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach and marketing efforts.
  • Convert leads into loyal customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Close deals confidently and professionally, ensuring your customer feels valued and informed.

Customer Onboarding & Exit Management

  • Welcome new customers with a seamless onboarding experience, guiding them through our services.
  • Manage customer exits with care, ensuring all processes are completed and feedback is collected to improve future experiences.

Account Management & Recoveries

  • Maintain strong relationships with your customers, managing their accounts and resolving any issues.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and lead recovery efforts for bad debts with empathy and efficiency.
  • Customer Services & Site Operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels—phone, email, and in-person.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met.
  • Manage cleaning rotas and ensure timely opening and closing of sites.
  • Oversee site security to protect your customer’s belongings and maintain trust.
  • Marketing & Promotions
  • Support and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Promote our full range of services including:
  • Personal Storage: Secure units for furniture, clothes, and household items.
  • Business Storage: Flexible solutions for stock, tools, and files.
  • Packing Materials: Boxes, bubble wrap, and kits to protect belongings.
  • Mailbox Rental: Secure mailboxes for individuals and businesses.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration, Mass Communications & Relevant.
  • 1/2-year(s) sales experience in Food & Beverage/FMCG industry/Telecom.
  • Experience in B2B & B2C Tele Sales.
