FitPinoy is a growing healthy meal plan provider committed to delivering flavorful, nutritious meals designed for Filipinos in the UAE. We specialize in weight loss, balance, and muscle gain programs tailored specifically to Kabayan taste and lifestyle.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Success Representative who is passionate about health, food, and wellness. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine and nutritional goals, be confident in engaging with leads, and be able to convert inquiries into sales. Previous experience in the UAE meal plan industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

- Clearly explain products such as meal plan packages, calorie options, and macro breakdowns to prospective clients.

- Understand and promote the benefits of different FitPinoy plans to match client needs.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals.

- Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure accurate orders and smooth delivery flow.

- Handle client feedback, complaints, or modifications with professionalism and empathy.

- Maintain and update CRM records for all inquiries and follow-ups.

- Support sales and marketing efforts, including participation in pop-ups or wellness events when needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year UAE experience in a similar sales or customer service role within the meal plan industry only.

- Strong understanding of Filipino food culture, health-conscious lifestyle trends, & meal prep.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog is a must (spoken and written).

- Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

- Proficient in WhatsApp Business, social media engagement, basic CRM tools, and Microsoft office.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
