Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi for a Sales Customer Support Specialist. The role involves assisting clients by providing exemplary customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will focus on technical support, handling inquiries related to project estimations, and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication. Additional responsibilities include analyzing client feedback, providing customized solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.

• Prior experience in construction-related industries or an understanding of estimation processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
