Sales & Customer Support Executive – MOHH Furniture

Join our team to support customers across phone, email, chat, and our showroom—while assisting with sales, product guidance, and order management.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers across all channels
• Provide product & pricing info
• Support showroom sales and prepare quotations
• Manage orders, deliveries, and after-sales service
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales or customer service (furniture retail is a plus)
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
