Position: Sales & Customer Support Executive

Location: Kashmir Road, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor sales performance on a daily basis
• Manage customer interactions and sales inquiries via chat platforms
• List and manage products on online marketplaces
• Maintain basic records and reports using MS Excel (data entry, tracking, updates)

Required Skills:

• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive communication style
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment

Compensation:

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 (based on skills and experience)
