We are hiring a Sales & Customer Support Executive who can confidently deal with clients, respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and support customers throughout the sales cycle.
This role requires someone who is good at communication, quick in response, organized, and responsible in handling customers and maintaining records.

This is a dual role:
✔ Sales follow-ups
✔ Customer support + communication

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and website.
  • Follow up with potential clients and update management on lead status.
  • Share service details, pricing info, and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Maintain and update sales sheets, lead trackers, and follow-up logs.
  • Coordinate with management to prepare quotations or proposals when needed.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with warm leads to convert them into sales.
  • Assist in setting up meetings, calls, or demos as instructed by management.

Customer Support Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and professional responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Maintain proper communication until a case is closed or transferred to management.
  • Record customer details, feedback, and complaints in an organized manner.
  • Forward important issues to the relevant team or management for quick resolution.
  • Ensure customers get timely updates regarding their ongoing requests.
  • Assist with basic documentation, digital filing, and maintaining communication logs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, call center, customer support (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent follow-up ability — must not miss customer updates.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email, CRM tools).
  • Ability to remain patient, polite, and professional with customers.
  • Comfortable with night shift (7 PM – 5 AM), 6 days a week.
  • Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
