Purpose Of The Role
To provide administrative support directly related to the sales process, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of work across the Sales area.
What You’ll Do
Identify and collect appropriate information to produce quotations and/or documents in response to requests or routine enquires.
Input specific information into relevant systems to produce quotations for multiple products.
Manage and prioritise a variety of workstreams as required to ensure activity remains within SLA’
Achieve targets relating to productivity and quality measures, using a variety of established technical and administrative processes,
Work effectively within a team, whilst also working independently on required activity
Complete the re-sectoring of schemes, on all appropriate systems, on instruction from the Sales management team
What You’ll Bring
Degree-level education or equivalent business experience.
Strong decision-making skills within agreed parameters, especially regarding workload priorities.
Confident and articulate communicator with the ability to challenge effectively at all levels.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Understanding of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and commitment to Service Excellence.
