By providing personalized design consultations and taking a consultative sales approach, you will guide clients through exciting home projects while creating opportunities to grow sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner
• Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service to customers and build your sales
• Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events
• Assist in maintaining the appearance of the store in a neat and organized fashion.
• Represent Carpet Weaver's Flooring & Furniture Gallery to the customer with a high degree of professionalism and integrity, thereby assuring customer satisfaction.

The minimum requirements are:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interior Design experience & interested is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• At least 1 year of retail experience
