What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Interest in developing into a management role
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Strong people and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and design guidance
Meet and exceed sales goals
Assist customers with purchasing decisions, financing, and protection plans
Coordinate with delivery and operations teams
Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
Participate in leadership development and training
