Sales & Design Consultant

Are you passionate about design, enjoy meeting new people, and love helping others enhance their homes? Budget Blinds is looking for a full-time Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll conduct in-home consultations, helping customers select window covering solutions that match their style, needs, and budget. You’ll combine your creative flair with exceptional customer service to deliver a top-tier buying experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct 10 - 12 in-home consultations per week
• Use two dedicated office time for follow-ups, order processing, and training
• Guide customers through product options, fabric samples, and design solutions
• Provide quotes and negotiate pricing during in-home visits
• Maintain accurate records and track orders using CRM software
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close additional opportunities
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals

Your Territory Includes:

Washington county and surrounding areas as needed.

A fully equipped company van (stocked with product samples and swatches) is provided for all appointments. If logistically feasible, the van can be kept at your home. Our showroom is located in Mequon and is used periodically for meetings and administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Interior design or window covering experience is a strong plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation abilities
• Comfortable with computers, basic office software, and CRM tools
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using a tape measure and working with fractions and basic math
• Reliable, professional, and organized

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary + Commission
• Annual performance bonus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
