Sales Design Consultant

As a Window Treatment Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with customers in their homes, help them choose the right window treatments, and guide the project from consultation through installation. This is a high-earning role for a driven, commission-minded salesperson who enjoys helping customers make confident decisions. No Nights, No Weekends, Paid Leads Provided, Company Car Provided and No Home Shows.
Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred with in-home sales as a bonus
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Organized, professional, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Strong math skills for measuring and quoting
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using a CRM
• Able to lift 20 lbs, climb stairs, and measure overhead on a tall ladder

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and recommend the right solution
• Create customized proposals based on style, function, and budget
• Measure accurately and build clear quotes
• Stay organized, arrive on time, and follow up consistently
• Own the customer experience from sale through installation
• Partner with installers to ensure accurate measurements and smooth installs
• Stay current on products and vendor offerings

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
