Job Summary
We are seeking a sophisticated and high-caliber Sales & Project Lead who can independently win orders, manage client relationships, and oversee projects from enquiry to installation. The ideal candidate is polished, technically strong, and capable of communicating effectively with contractors, consultants, and international manufacturers.
This role is suited for a proactive professional in their late 20s to early 30s, preferably with an interior design background or experience in the interiors/architecture sector. A UAE driving license and personal car are strongly preferred.
You will manage and win projects up to AED 5 million and handle a pipeline exceeding AED 15 million, working directly with the Managing Partner and benefiting from a performance-based commission structure.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Delivery & Technical Coordination
- Serve as the main link between international manufacturers and local contractors/consultants.
- Coordinate technical submittals, shop drawings, samples, and mock-up approvals.
- Track production schedules, shipment timelines, and installation progress.
- Conduct site visits to ensure installation meets manufacturer standards.
- Resolve site issues promptly while maintaining client satisfaction.
2. Sales Coordination & Client Management
- Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing.
- Build relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, developers, and contractors.
- Conduct professional meetings, site visits, and support Lunch & Learn sessions.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
3. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and revenue forecasts.
- Keep all project and meeting notes accurate and up to date.
- Provide weekly pipeline updates and reports to senior management.
4. Business Development
- Identify upcoming tenders and new project opportunities.
- Build strong networks across the construction and fit-out ecosystem.
- Promote company products to consultants and contractors regionally.
5. Sales & Administrative Support
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and variations.
- Draft specification documents for consultant submissions.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, and invoicing with internal teams.
Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience
- 3–5 years in sales, project coordination, technical coordination, or interiors.
- Experience in construction, interiors, or architectural products is an advantage.
Skills
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Confident in meetings and technical discussions.
Technical
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Quick learner, able to grasp technical product details.
Mindset
- Proactive, polished, reliable, and able to take full ownership of tasks.
- Capable of managing both sales and project execution independently.
Other Requirements
- UAE driving license and personal car strongly preferred.
