TeamOne in partnership with Artisan Family Brands is searching for an enthusiastic, motivated individual that enjoys working with people. At Artisan Custom Closets, we specialize in transforming spaces and lives through custom closet and storage solutions. With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and personalized service, we’re looking for a talented Sales Closet Designer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients in-home and virtually to assess storage needs and space requirements
• Market yourself and the company to generate additional leads to homeowners and builders.
• Design customized closet and storage solutions using design software (we’ll train you if needed)
• Provide detailed presentations and product demonstrations
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure client satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, a plus if it’s in the closet design business
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others get organized
• Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and exceed goals
• Proficiency with ClosetPro software, but can train
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
