Sales / Designer- Kitchen & Bath

Rochester Flooring Kitchen & Bath is looking for a positive, energetic team player to join our sales department.

Responsibilities :

Identify customer needs and preferences to create a design that will exceed the customers expectations. Create a work order for that customer and oversee the project to completion. Provide expert knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, countertops and flooring.

Perform sales and design duties in a retail store setting while providing knowledgeable product information and specification in a friendly and positive manner.

Work with the sales manager to set personal goals and lead generation.

Base pay plus commission

Qualifications :

3 + years Kitchen / Bath industry , and experience with 2020 design preferred.

Must be willing to work showroom hours including some nights and weekends.

Proficient in Excel and Word.

Must have excellent customer service organization and communication skills

Pay: $31,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
