Sales Designer / Show Room Manager - Furniture Showroom

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can handle both sales design and complete showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Design

• Handle walk-in customers and social media leads professionally
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable custom designs
• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and close sales
• Coordinate with production, installation, and factory teams
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Showroom Management

• Manage daily showroom operations and staff performance
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, discipline, and brand presentation
• Supervise Office Boy, Sales Designers, and support staff
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports
• Coordinate with management for targets, stock, and manpower
• Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, or interior fit-out
• Strong sales background with leadership ability
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / 3D is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, customer-handling, and reporting skills
• Target-driven, organized, and responsible personality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
