Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning.
- Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in CRM systems.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant product/service information.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude throughout interactions.
Requirements
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent English communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls confidently.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive and energetic approach.
