About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional to join BroadDigix as a Sales & Customer Success Specialist. You’ll play a key part in helping clients discover the right technology solutions while delivering outstanding support throughout their journey. If you love connecting with people, solving problems, and hitting targets, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue & Growth

  • Understand client challenges and recommend the best BroadDigix solutions.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and tailored demos.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM system.

Deliver Exceptional Support

  • Be the first point of contact for customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Guide new users through onboarding and help existing clients get maximum value.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate more complex cases when needed, always keeping the customer updated.

Build Lasting Relationships

  • Develop trust-based, long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Collect valuable feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve our offerings.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth campaigns and customer experiences.
  • Actively participate in training and team meetings to stay sharp and informed.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional style.
  • Proven ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Self-driven with a clear focus on results.
  • Team player who also excels independently.

Nice-to-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years in sales, customer support, or account management (tech industry experience is a big plus).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
