Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Remote | The LeadGen Media

The LeadGen Media is looking for a driven, confident, and English-fluent SDR to help us connect with coaches in the US market and book qualified appointments for our agency.

If you have sales experience and love talking to people — this role is for you.

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote

Salary: ₹8,000/month + performance-based incentives (25 percent of the total sales amount after the target has been achieved)

Sales Target: ₹50,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in sales

Reports to: Founder (Rashid)

What You Will Do

  • Make cold calls to US-based coaches
  • Generate interest and explain our services clearly
  • Qualify prospects based on simple criteria
  • Book appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain records through Google Sheets, Docs, and basic CRM processes
  • Follow scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and daily targets

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience
  • Strong English communication skills (professional tone required)
  • Comfortable with cold calling US leads
  • Confident, persistent, and target-driven
  • Someone who takes ownership and follows through
  • Basic proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and online tools
  • High-energy personality with a hunger to grow
