Sales Development Executive

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a confident and well-spoken Outbound Sales Representative for USA based Internet Service Campaign. Your main role will be to make outbound calls to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with clients over the phone in a professional and persuasive manner.

Upselling and generating new sales opportunities.

Handling customer complaints efficiently to ensure long-term business.

Writing professional emails and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ability to develop long term work relation with T&T , Internet Services based clients in USA.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales USA campaign experience preferred.

Fluent in English with a American accent (essential).

Ability to retain clients and resolve queries professionally.

Available to work Monday – Friday (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PK time).

What We Offer:

Salary: Rs 40,000 – Rs 70,000 per month + Commissions and bonuses. (Onsite)

Salary; Rs 25,000 - 35,000 per month + commissions and bonuses. (Work From Home)

USA National Holidays + 14 Additional Annual Leaves
