Sales Development Representative (SDR) – BPO Lead Sourcing & Outreach
We’re hiring an SDR to take ownership of manual lead sourcing and outbound calling. You’ll drive the front-end of our sales funnel, qualifying opportunities and setting appointments for BPO deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sourcing: Find and compile target contacts using Google, LinkedIn, web scraping, and business directories.
- Cold Calling: Make 100+ daily calls to pitch our staff augmentation and offshore resource services.
- Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
Deal Execution: Close small-ticket BPO projects where applicable based on company pricing structure.
- CRM Updates: Log all outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 4+ years of experience in outbound sales or appointment setting in a BPO firm, specifically focused on staff augmentation or back office outsourcing.
- Strong phone presence with the ability to pitch and qualify leads in under 2 minutes.
- Proven contribution to company revenue growth through outbound activity.
- Skilled in manual lead research using LinkedIn, Google, and web tools.
- Organized and comfortable working under daily volume and performance targets.
- Please note: This position involves a night shift schedule / on site or can consider remote role
