Sales Development Executive(Cold Caller)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are urgently hiring a Cold Caller / Sales Development Executive (SDE) to support our outreach campaigns. Please prioritize this role and start sourcing candidates immediately.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in cold calling / SDE roles.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, appointment setting, and handling objections.
  • Experience in the BPO industry is highly recommended.
  • Ability to work with CRMs and outreach tools.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and qualify leads.
  • Engage decision-makers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and SMS as required.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and conversions.

This role will be dedicated to Cold Calling/SDE activities only, ensuring a consistent and focused approach to our sales pipeline.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 90,000 basic salary + Sales commission
