We are urgently hiring a Cold Caller / Sales Development Executive (SDE) to support our outreach campaigns. Please prioritize this role and start sourcing candidates immediately.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in cold calling / SDE roles.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven track record in lead generation, appointment setting, and handling objections.
- Experience in the BPO industry is highly recommended.
- Ability to work with CRMs and outreach tools.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and qualify leads.
- Engage decision-makers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and SMS as required.
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and conversions.
This role will be dedicated to Cold Calling/SDE activities only, ensuring a consistent and focused approach to our sales pipeline.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 90,000 basic salary + Sales commission
