  • Recruit, train, and manage Insurance Agents / Advisors.
  • Motivate agents to sell life insurance policies.
  • Achieve sales targets through the agent network.

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and appoint new agents.
  • Provide product & sales training.
  • Support agents in client meetings and policy closures.
  • Ensure persistency (renewals) of policies.
