Sales Development Manager for Janitorial

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Janitorial Service Sales Development Manger to lead our sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethic, attention to details, knowledge of Janitorial Sales to Local companies, a deep understanding of account management, and a proven track record in business development. This role requires someone who can effectively manage relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and work with MemphisClean ownership to drive more business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales for a small but growing business to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Work closely with the owner of the company to implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through excellent customer service.
  • Oversee account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Janitorial Services sales with a focus on account management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
