Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Drayage Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, grow client relationships, and promote our drayage services. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business through cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation
- Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
- Promote drayage services and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Track sales activity, performance metrics, and pipeline progress
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Support billing processes and assist with dispute resolution when needed
Requirements
- C2 English Proficiency (Written and Oral)
- A strong American accent is an advantage
- Good mathematical skills and an ability to work with numbers
- Experience in Customer Service, Cold Sales, or Logistics Operations (Freight Forwarding, OTR Dispatch, Drayage, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts

Pay: Rs240,000.00 - Rs280,000.00 per month
