Position: Drayage Sales Representative / Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Drayage Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, grow client relationships, and promote our drayage services. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business through cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
  • Promote drayage services and tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service execution
  • Track sales activity, performance metrics, and pipeline progress
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Support billing processes and assist with dispute resolution when needed

Requirements

  • C2 English Proficiency (Written and Oral)
  • A strong American accent is an advantage
  • Good mathematical skills and an ability to work with numbers
  • Experience in Customer Service, Cold Sales, or Logistics Operations (Freight Forwarding, OTR Dispatch, Drayage, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
