We are looking for high-performing SDRs / Inside Sales Representatives with strong experience in SaaS or IT services sales. This role requires someone who can own the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing—and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for SaaS and IT services
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → demos → closing
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound prospecting at scale
- Generate and qualify SQLs through outbound and inbound channels
- Manage pipeline and deal progress using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and targeting
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in SaaS or IT services sales
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound email campaigns, and prospecting
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and GTM execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling software development, AI, or SaaS solutions
- Experience handling mid-to-high ticket B2B deals
- Prior startup or agency experience
