Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails. You will play a key role in identifying client needs and matching them with the right solutions from our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
l Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound leads.
l Understand customer needs and challenges, and articulate how our services can address them.
l Maintain and update a CRM/database of current and potential clients.
l Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
l Conduct research on target companies to identify key decision-makers.
l Schedule and conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
l Drive campaign closures by maintaining relationships and building trust with clients.
l Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
l Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
l Proven experience in sales, preferably in international B2B sales.
l Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
l Strong research and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities.
l Flexible to work in different shifts as per business requirements.
l Experience in managing and updating CRM tools.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
