Sales Development Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us expand our footprint in the U.S. wholesale market. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will play a crucial role in building the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to wholesale businesses across the U.S.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on established company criteria.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of SeeBiz to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume sales pipeline to ensure consistent outreach and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to strengthen prospect engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or similar roles
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects convincingly
  • Excellent written communication skills for email follow-ups and outreach
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue leads
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of the wholesale industry is a bonus

Location:

(On - site) Lahore - High Q Tower

Office timings:

7 pm - 4 am (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
