Role Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can engage with international prospects, understand their hiring requirements, and book meetings for our business consultants. This role involves strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate qualified opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients identified by the research team (LinkedIn, email, etc.).
  • Personalize outreach messages based on company needs and hiring intent.
  • Conduct qualification chats to understand requirements (technology, duration, budget).
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently to convert responses into meetings.
  • Schedule discovery calls for the Business Consultant and provide pre-call briefs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Track daily metrics and optimize response rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or SDR role (preferably IT services).
  • Strong command over written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with email outreach tools (Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Comfortable working with international time zones (UK, US, Israel)

Skills:

  • Excellent written communication and persuasive messaging.
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing and developer hiring processes.
  • CRM discipline and time management.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and consistent in follow-ups.
