About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role plays a key part in generating new business opportunities by connecting with leads, understanding their needs, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through email campaigns, social media, and outbound calls.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and introduce suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting booking targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and prospecting software (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • Resilient, energetic, and driven by achieving goals.
