Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and research potential customers within target markets
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their challenges and needs
  • Schedule discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for outreach and meetings booked
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership on market trends and prospect needs

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and sending prospecting emails
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Resilient, coachable, and motivated by targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
