Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research potential customers within target markets
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members
- Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their challenges and needs
- Schedule discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for outreach and meetings booked
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Provide feedback to sales leadership on market trends and prospect needs
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending prospecting emails
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by targets
