About The Role

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our digital marketing campaigns targeting international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is suitable for individuals who are confident communicators and eager to build a career in sales within the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  • Engage prospects interested in digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web development.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and understand client pain points.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings or demos for the senior sales or closing team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs related to calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or lead generation (preferably in digital marketing or IT services).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web development).
  • Ability to work in a night shift aligned with international clients.
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach tools, and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Strong time management and follow-up skills.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of outbound calls and outreach activities per day.
  • Qualified leads generated.
  • Meetings or demos booked.
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
