As a Cold Email Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing highly effective cold email campaigns to engage potential clients, generate leads, and help increase sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize cold email campaigns targeting prospective leads across various industries.
- Create and manage segmented email lists using CRM tools and lead generation platforms. Ensure accurate and up-to-date contact data.
- Write compelling and personalized email copy that resonates with recipients and drives responses.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, email copy, and CTA strategies to optimize open and response rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, response rates, and conversions. Provide regular reports on email KPIs and suggest improvements based on data.
- Ensure that all cold email campaigns adhere to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other legal regulations, while also following email deliverability best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in cold email outreach, sales development, or email marketing.
- Knowledge about the in and outs of what cold e-mailing is (warmups, validating data, sending out data) etc
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on persuasive, clear, and concise messaging.
- Familiarity with email outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Mailchimp, Outreach.io, Reply.io) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to analyze data, interpret key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of factors that influence email deliverability, including spam filters, IP reputation, and best practices for avoiding blacklisting.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, sales cadences, and experience working in a B2B environment.
