The Cold Calling Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the construction industry, introducing our estimating services, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires confidence, communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to contractors, builders, subcontractors, and construction company owners.
  • Present Fusion Estimating’s services clearly and professionally.
  • Identify client needs and explain how our estimating solutions can support their business.
  • Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Set appointments and transfer warm leads to the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly calling/lead targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or lead generation (construction industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
