Role Overview

Are you a high-energy communicator with a passion for the tech industry? Goodfaith Staffing is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Lahore.

As an SDR, you will be the "tip of the spear" for our business development efforts. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients in the North American IT sector, initiating first contact, and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline. This is a fast-paced role that requires persistence, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport over the phone and through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to C-level executives, HR Managers, and Engineering Leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify the staffing needs of prospective clients and determine if they are a fit for Goodfaith Staffing’s services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and meetings for our Account Executives/Business Development Managers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and lead statuses in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends and the competitive landscape to better position our staffing solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to understand our current talent pool and match it with client needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (neutral or American accent preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a call center environment (experience in IT staffing or US-based campaigns is a major plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and basic knowledge of IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Project Managers).
  • Resilience: A "thick skin" and the ability to handle rejection with a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Reliability: Ability to consistently work the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift at our Wapda Town office.
