We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role is suited for candidates with 1–2 years of sales or SDR experience who are confident in outbound cold calling and prospecting. The SDR will focus on generating qualified meetings and building pipeline for the sales team.
Eligibility Requirement:
Candidates must be graduates of one of the following universities:
American University in Cairo (Fifth Settlement)
Coventry University (New Capital)
German University in Cairo (GUC)
Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying intent.
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in the CRM.
Meet or exceed activity and performance targets (calls, conversations, meetings booked).
Research target accounts and contacts to personalize outreach.
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Bachelor’s degree from one of the following institutions only:
American University in Cairo (Fifth Settlement)
Coventry University (New Capital)
German University in Cairo (GUC)
1–2 years of experience in sales or an SDR role with hands-on outbound cold calling.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and rejection.
Strong organization, time management, and self-discipline skills.
Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with US or UK–based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Experience in B2B or SaaS sales environments.
Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, etc.).
Experience selling into international or global markets.

Productivity: Google Workspace, Notion, or similar
