Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Development

Develop and execute effective strategies to build a strong and qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and networking.

Identify and target potential clients across key industries, including retail, fintech, healthcare, telecom, and others supported by AHU Technologies.

Lead Qualification:

Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) using structured qualification frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).

Conduct timely follow-ups on all inbound and outbound leads to drive engagement and conversions.

Pre-Sales Collaboration:

Work closely with the pre-sales team to prepare tailored proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts.

Conduct client discovery sessions to understand requirements and deliver clear insights to internal teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful client onboarding.

Contribute to maintaining a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven team culture.

Market Insights & Strategy

Stay up to date on industry trends including AI, digital transformation, enterprise solutions, and evolving customer needs.

Provide structured feedback to marketing and product teams to improve services and offerings.
