Sales Development Representative

Clikiin is hiring an experienced SDR to source, qualify, and book high-quality leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools. This role is focused on generating meetings with business owners and decision-makers for our Talent-as-a-Service solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and prospect new business leads
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers
  • Create personalized outreach sequences (LinkedIn, email, and calls)
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with leads

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of SDR / Lead Generation experience
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Cold calling experience is a plus
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours
