Sales Development Representative

Future Talent Arabia is a boutique recruitment and executive search firm supporting clients across the GCC.


We’re looking for an SDR to run outbound outreach and consistently book qualified meetings with hiring decision-makers.


What you’ll do

  • Cold call and follow up with HR, Talent, and business leaders
  • Run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify needs and book discovery calls
  • Keep the CRM clean and updated
  • Improve scripts, messaging and objection handling


What we need

  • 1–3+ years in outbound B2B sales / SDR / cold calling
  • Confident on the phone, comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders
  • Strong English writing and follow-up discipline
  • Recruitment / professional services experience is a plus
  • GCC experience and Arabic are a bonus
