Sales Development Representative

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify B2B SaaS opportunities in the United States, UAE, and KSA markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings for the sales team.

This role requires strong English communication skills, confidence in engaging international clients, and experience working with SaaS or subscription-based software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the US, UAE, and KSA markets
• Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly meeting-setting and lead qualification targets
• Research industries, decision-makers, and market trends
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign follow-ups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or lead generation
• Experience working with international markets (US or Middle East preferred)
• Strong understanding of SaaS subscription models
• Experience using CRM software
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work in US time zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar outbound tools
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, pipeline stages)
• Experience prospecting for CRM, ERP, or Call Center solutions
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
