Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM & 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Fresher to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in IT / SaaS sales and international business development.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly outreach and lead targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow in sales

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
